Return requirements
​To initiate a return, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at contact@albcollections.co.uk, providing your order number and the reason for your return. Please ensure the item is returned within the 14-day period. Items must be returned in their original packaging, unworn, and in the same condition as when they were received, with no scents or fragrances. Returns will not be accepted if the item has been worn. Currently, we do not offer exchanges. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before purchasing. If you need any further assistance, feel free to reach out to us for more details.

Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost items during transit. Please ensure the item is safely returned to us.

Faulty Items
​We ask that you inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please contact us immediately so we can assist you with a solution. For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hijabs unless the item is faulty or defective.

Refund Processing
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 2-7 working days for inspection and processing. Once your refund has been issued, you will receive an email confirmation.
